Alliance Background is looking for a driven experienced National Sales Executive in the Pre and Post employment screening marketplace. The candidate should be a motivated Sales Executive seeking the opportunity to play an essential role in Alliance’s ambitious growth objectives. Our ideal candidate will have extensive insight and experience in the entire sales cycle and be comfortable in a “hunter sales role”. The primary skill set will include sales experience in a high growth, proactive, technology-driven environment and the ability to create a productive sales and pipeline strategy. Candidates must possess the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively throughout an organization, influence, negotiate, and establish mutually agreeable expectations. The individual must be comfortable and thrive in a productivity based sales culture, possesses excellent problem solving skills and a strategic mindset.
